Accommodation We use a number of villas and townhouses in the area all located within the Jalon Valley. They are all within easy reach of the numerous bars, shops and restaurants the area has to offer. Here are just a few examples of the properties we use to give you an idea of the variety available. All prices are per property per week unless stated. Detached Villa - Orba
			Built and finished to a high specification this 2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool is just 10 minutes walk to the village of Orba. It is a typically Spanish village with a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. The villa has sun terraces, dining terraces and landscaped gardens.

Limon Villa - Jalon Valley
	This is the lower floor of a privately owned large villa on the hillside overlooking the Jalon Valley. The owners of the villa run a bar/restaurant in the village and offer the use of their spacious terrace and pool exclusively to the guests. They do not use the pool or terrace at all! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large shower-room, fully fitted kitchen and sitting room. The 10 x 5 pool has roman steps and a ladder and the terrace has sun loungers, dining table and chairs, BBQ and spectacular views of the valley. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and with only one neighbouring villa and is quiet and private.


Finca - Jalon Valley
		This spacious property which is furnished in a rustic style is totally private and set in beautiful gardens at the end of a sweeping drive. There are 3 bedrooms, main double bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors to garden. Two twin rooms, one upstairs, and two separate bathrooms. Separate dining room with beautiful wooden table, leading to fully equipped kitchen. The spacious lounge stretches along the front of the Finca with patio doors leading onto pool terrace and garden. A large 10 x 5 mtr pool with roman steps, built in barbeque and partially covered area with out door dining table, chairs and sun loungers. At the rear of the finca is a private orchard. Jalon is only 1 kilometre away, well within walking distance, where you will find shops, banks, restaurants, bars and wine tasting in abundance.

Detached Villa in Jalon
		This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with private pool in landscaped gardens, built on a hillside overlooking Jalon. There are steps down to the pool with plenty of room around to sunbathe. Inside the spacious lounge/diner, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Master bedroom has king size bed and en suite shower room, two further bedrooms share a bathroom.

Spanish Town House - Lliber
		The beamed ceilings and stone walls make this property outstanding. Set in the village of Lliber the property is over on three levels. The beautiful courtyard on ground level with private entrance to twin bedroom with mini kitchen, en suite shower room. Second level, fabulous old worldly room with bar, fridge, stunning views from the windows across the valley. Modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with archway through to lounge with tasteful paintings and antiques. Separate stairs to inside lower level with king size bedroom, double bedroom and large separate bathroom and walk in shower. Stairs to upper level and separate shower room. Door out onto large, terrace with wooden dining furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with music system for the garden. Stone barbeque. Split level rock gardens with running water, areas for sitting. 8 x 4 kidney pool built into the rock with integral steps. Fantastic views of the Valley and all totally private. This property is more expensive than normal town house rates due to the fabulous views and private pool the price ranges from £595 low season to £1005 high season.

Detached Villa - Parcent
		The villa is set in a large level south facing rural garden You have you own private swimming pool and plenty of places to sunbathe or relax under the dapple shade of olive trees. Well equipped with new modern facilities; electric oven, gas stainless steel hob, modern stainless steel extractor hood, microwave oven. Air con in bedrooms. Two comfortable settees in the lounge (one a double sofa bed). Lovely dining suite. The bathrooms are light and clean, one with full bath. TV (no satellite, just yet), DVD and Video player, CD and radio for your use. Washing machine available. To the front - the villa overlooks peaceful vineyards, olive, orange, almond groves and the delightful village of Parcent. Shops, bank, bakers, Tapas bars and restaurants, are only 6 minutes walk away.

Apartment - Lliber
		Set on the outskirts of the village of Lliber this air conditioned first floor apartment is on a small attractive rural development, 2 minute walk from centre of Lliber village with restaurant/bars and essential shops. Spectacular mountain and Jalon Valley views. Jalon town only 15 minute level walk away with wider range of facilities: market, supermarket, restaurants and bodegas. 20 minute drive from upmarket coastal resorts of Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea.

Casa Ricardo - Bed & Breakfast, Jalon Valley
		The Villa is situated in the heart of the Jalón Valley, the villages of Llíber and Jalón are 1 and 3km away respectively. All rooms have their separate entrance with poolside setting and terraces. Rooms are either double or twin with en suite shower or shower and bath. Air conditioning (Hot & Cold), tea, coffee, making facilities, interconnecting family rooms also available. English breakfast served in pleasant surroundings with panoramic views across the valley. Prices are 80€ per room per night.
